Presenter?

You will be able to plug in your own computer or bring your presentation on a memory stick and use the Workshop computer.

Badging:

All attendees should register at this meeting website. Since this meeting is being held in a NASA facility, all meeting attendees will be registered with the NASA Ames security office. Foreign nationals will be required to fill in a security form for registration. If you are a foreign national, please provide requested information on registration pages of workshop website.

Meals:

During the meeting, continental breakfast will be available each morning. Lunches will be catered in also. Cost of $45.00 (check written to "Ames Exchange" please) will be collected from each attendee at the meeting to pay for these meals.

Lodging:

We have blocked 25 rooms at the NASA Lodge, located just one block from the meeting site. Cost is $ 55.00 per night. Call 650-603-7100 to reserve/guarantee your room with your credit card. Wireless access:

Wireless access will be available during the meeting. You will receive instructions and password at the meeting.
